The U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has confirmed that the United States is fully committed to keep on the ongoing efforts to establish peace and recovery in Yemen.

In a letter to His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Mr. Blinken said that his country is looking forward to bilateral partnership and continuing collaboration with the Presidential Leadership Council and the Yemen Government for a stable and prosperous Yemeni future at different levels.

The American Minister highly appreciated the outcomes of his recent consultations with the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council and the ongoing partnership between the two friendly countries, noting that it is very important to build-up on it to achieve an inclusive and sustainable settlement satisfies the aspirations of the whole Yemeni people.
