Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik met today, Thursday, here in London with the UK Minister of State for Middle East and North Africa Lord Tariq Ahmed on the sideline of London Conference.

Aspects of Yemeni-British bilateral relations and cooperation was key focus of the conversations.

The discussions also touched upon the economic challenges Yemeni has been facing due to Houthi militias' attacks on oil seaports and the economic war it has been waging on the Yemeni people.

Dr. Ma'een highlighted the need for international support to sustain the Yemeni government's efforts to maintain the economic stability and implement the economic reforms.

The British Minister of State confirmed the UK's support for the Presidential Leadership Council and the government's efforts to maintain the economic reforms and stability, voicing rejection to use the economy as a tool of war.
