Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik chaired a meeting of the leadership of the Ministry of Transport today, Tuesday, in the temporary capital Aden.
The session aimed to discuss a number of topics relating to the air transport, airports' actions and the plans to develop the airports in the government-held governorates.
Minister of Transport Abdussalam Humaid reported to the Prime Minister about the Ministry's actions including the action-plans to operate the international airport of Arryan in al-Mukalla with its full capacity and the underway work to develop Aden airport.
The discussions touched upon the ongoing efforts to accelerate the operations to evacuate the Yemeni nationals who have been trapped in the Sudanese territories.
