Yemen participates in the 35th Session of the Council of Arab Transports Ministers

The Republic of Yemen contributed today, Tuesday, to the 35th Session of the Council of Arab Transport Ministers held in the Egyptian city of Alexandria.

The Minister of Transports Dr. Abdussalam Humaid headed our country's delegation to the gathering.

In his contribution to the discussions Dr. Humaid pointed to the dangerous escalation by the Terrorist Houthi militias, citing the militias' drones attacks on the oil terminal ports on 21 October, 21 November 2022 in Hadramout and Shabwa governorates.

The Minister underscored the existential threats of Iran-backed Terrorist Houthi militias to the international maritime navigation and shipping lines.
