Crude oil prices fell in early Asian trading today, Tuesday, as investors' expectations of demand growth eased due to ongoing trade tensions between the United States and China.
Basuhaib discusses with FAO support to government's developmental plans

Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nizar Basuhaib discussed Friday with Office Director of FAO importance of the organization's support to government's plans in expanding humanitarian interventions in Yemen.
The meeting, which included a number of Yemeni and FAO officials, touched upon mechanisms of including targeted groups in sustainable livelihoods and reducing dependence on humanitarian assistances to alleviate suffering of those groups.
Basuhaib praised efforts and support of the organization in contribution for boosting linkage between humanitarian and developmental interventions in Yemen through the project of Albro Act financed by the European Union through FAO.
For his part, the UN official confirmed continuous support to Yemen by the organization and Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition and working on supporting the government of Yemen on enhancing sustainable livelihood and mobilizing more efforts to support Yemeni national plans.
