KIGALI - SABA
Deputy Speaker of Parliament Mohssen BaSarrah said" Great deal of the humanitarian aids provided by the UN's agencies do not reach the people in need but go to sustain Houthi militias warfare efforts".

He underscored the need to change the methods of delivering the humanitarian aids to the Yemeni peoples in order to support the widows of women, children and poor peoples.

His comments came in his contribution to the opening session of the 145th gathering of the General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) which kicked-off its discussions today in the Rwandan capital Kigali.
