Yemen participates in 53rd meeting of the Technical Council of the Gulf Standardization Organization

Yemen, represented by the Yemeni Organization for Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control, participated in the 53rd meeting of the Technical Council of the Gulf Standardization Organization of the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council, which lasted for two days and concluded today in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

The Yemeni delegation was headed by the head of the Yemeni Organization for Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control, member of the Technical Council of the Gulf Standardization Organization, Eng.

Hadid Al-Mas. Heads and representatives of national standardization bodies in the member states also participated in the meeting.
During the meeting, more than 21 working documents included in the meeting's agenda were discussed, including the discussion of draft technical regulations, standard specifications, the outputs of the work of the technical committees, and a review of the level of implementation of the Authority's strategic plan for the year 2022 AD.
