The Chargé d'Affairs at the Yemeni Embassy in Berlin, Louay Yahya Al-Eryani, discussed today with the Yemen official in Friedrich Ebert, German Konstantin Fitchell, the latest developments in Yemen.
Al-Eryani reviewed the government's efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people, abide by the UN truce, and the importance of implementing all its provisions, foremost of which is the lifting of the siege on Taiz, pointing out that the continued violations of the Houthi coup militia, and the continuation of the siege on Taiz does not serve the chances of peace in Yemen.
Also discussed the issue of the Safer tanker and the possibility of Germany and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation providing more support for possible solutions to this dangerous threat, in addition to discussing Friedrich Ebert's activities in Yemen.
