His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, met today, Thursday, with the Military and Security Committee in charge of field visits to various regions and axes, headed by Defense Minister Lieutenant-General Muhammad Ali Al-Maqdashi.
In the meeting, the Chairman of the Presidential Council listened to the Minister of Defense and the leaders of the armed forces and security as they provided an account of the results of their field visits, the conditions of the forces, and their high readiness to carry out all the tasks assigned with dedication and sincerity.
And the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council put the military and security leaders before the developments in the situation and the council’s ongoing reforms to enhance the leading role of the armed and security forces in the battle to restore the state, combat terrorism, and achieve the aspirations of the Yemeni people to end the coup and achieve security and stability.
The President praised the historical epics that the men of the armed and security forces and the popular resistance are conducting in various fields of the championship, with the support of the Coalition to Support the Legitimacy, led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
