Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik has directed Taiz local authority leadership to increase efforts and keep on working hard to cope with the multiple challenges the governorate has been struggling with amid the blockade imposed by Houthi militia upon Taiz.
As he met with governor of Taiz Nabil Shamsan and senior officials today in the temporary capital Aden, Ma'een stated that the government's will save no efforts to support Taiz local authority's efforts to establish security, stability and improve basic services.
Shamsan reported to Ma'een about the situations in the governorate and the local authority's plans and actions to alleviate the peoples' suffering and improve services, citing the needed support from the government.
