Judge Qaher Mostafa sworn in today before His Excellency President Rashad al-Alimi, Head of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) for being appointed the General Attorney of the Republic.
Following, the ceremonies, President al-Alimi ordered resuming the actions of the prosecutions and enforcing the rule of law.
He also urged the newly appointed general attorney to enhance the capacities of the general prosecutions and qualify legal staffs, enforce the rule of law and equal citizenship.
