Yemen participates in Arab Government Experts' meeting on woman, girl

The Republic of Yemen participated Tuesday in the meeting held in the headquarter of the General Assembly of Arab League within the opened teamwork for membership in Arab Permanent Committee for Human Rights.

The meeting was assigned for revising Arab Declaration Draft to Resist all forms of violence against woman and girl.

A delegation chaired by Deputy Minister of Human Rights for Partnership and International Cooperation Nabil Abdul-Hafeedh participated int the meeting.

Under Secretary General for Social Affairs of the Arab League Ambassador Hifa'a Abu Ghazalah made it clear that the meeting, which is presided over by the State of Kuwait with participation from member countries, will discuss in the period 15-17 of this November the draft of the declaration to be raised to Arab Permanent Committee for Human Rights.
