Shura members support President Hadi’s appointment of speaker, deputies

The members of the Shura Council have expressed support to President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi’s appointment of a speaker and two deputies in the consultative body.
In a cable sent to the president, the Shura members said they support the decision in the face of malign critics who objected to the new appointments, which is Hadi’s constitutional right.
Hadi has recently named the former premier Ahmed Ubayd bin-Daghr as a speaker to the council, and named two deputies to bin-Daghr.
