Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Many Arab countries have strongly condemned the terrorist attack, which targeted Aden's Airport during the arrival of the new government at the airport.

The attack killed 22 people and injured 50 others.

Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain condemned and denounced the coward terrorist attack and expressed their solidarity with Yemen.

The foreign ministries of these countries stated their countries' rejection to such attacks, which destabilize the whole region, uttering confidence that the new government of Yemen will work more strongly to realize aspirations of the Yemeni people.

They expressed their heartfelt condolences to families of the victims and quick recovery to the injured.
