Speaker of Parliament Sultan al-Brakani along with Deputy Speakers Mohamed Ashadadi and Eng. Mohsen Basorrah contributed to the virtual session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the (206) session of the Governing Council.
The four- day gathering kicked-off its session today, Sunday, in Geneva with participation of 162 International parliamentarians.
The discussions of this session are set to be focused on some amendments need to be made on the internal bylaw and the election of new Speaker of the IPU.
