Marib Governor meets with ICRC's team

The Governor of Marib governorate Maj. General Sultan al-Arradah met Thursday with the team of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) who are on a visit to the governorate, headed by David Gutchman.

The humanitarian interventions of the ICRC in the governorate was key point of the discussions.

The conversations also touched upon the situations of the detainees and kidnapped persons in the Houthi militia's jails.

The governor welcomed the ICRC's team, highlighting the need for greater interventions by the ICRC in the governorate which has to host large numbers of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) who fled their origin regions due to Iran-backed Houthi militia's war and atrocities.
