Army repels new Houthi attack in central Yemen

Yemen's army repelled a new Houthi attack in central Yemen's Al-Beidha province on Wednesday, the army's spokesman said.
Brig. Abduh Mujalli said the army foiled several incursion attempts by the militants in Qaniya of Al-Beidha and killed a number of militants who fought hard to advance to Qaniya's downtown.
The theocratic militia lost many military equipment in the clashes.
The Iran aligned militia have not stopped incursion attempts against the army's outposts despite a unilateral cessation of offensive operations on the army's part since April 9.
