Dep. Minister of Planning meets with Directors of international organizations

Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Nezar Basoheib met separately on Wednesdy in the interim capital Aden with Directors of a number of international organizations operate in Yemen.

He held a session with with Director of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) in Yemen Francio Sam.

They discussed aspects of coordination between the Ministry and the ICRC in different spheres.

Then, he met with the Director of Oxfam's Office in Aden Mohammed Farah. The Oxfam's projects in the areas of food security and health were discussed.

After that Dr. Basoheib met with the Director of Handicap International in Yemen Alane Yello. The conversation focussed on the organization's projects in health sector and artificial limbs.

The Deputy Minister signed on renewing the agreements with several international organizations to keep on their operations in Yemen. These organizations include Action Against Hunger, The Norwegian Council and the Islamic Aid Organization.
