Lahj authorities form emergency panel over expected cyclone

The local authorities of Yemen's southern province of Lahj have formed a panel to handle emergency cushioning measures ahead of the cyclone Kyarr expected to hit Yemen's coasts in a few days.
A meeting of senior Lahj officials including the governor Ahmed Turki assigned the committee to prepare rescue crews and vehicles in case of any losses the cyclone may incur.
