Electricity, planning ministry sign power protocol

Ministry of Electricity and Energy and Planning and International Cooperation Ministry singed Tuesday with Yanabi' al-Khair Corporation a protocol for importing and installing 10-Mega Volt electric transformer for operating former Aden Grand Wills and improving electric network in Khanfar District Abyan Province.

The protocol stipulates that the corporation will import and install the transformer with finance from the Kuwaiti Relief Society as free donation to the electric ministry in Yemen within the Campaign (Kuwait Beside You) for improving and rehabilitating water and power projects in Aden and Abyan.

Deputy Assistant of Electricity Ministry for Projects Sector Mohammad Asshal and Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation for International Cooperation Sector Omer Abdulghani singed and Representative of Yanabi' al-KhairTawfeeq Hussein singed the protocol.
