Yemen embassy in Washington welcomes draft bills suggested by two congressmen about Houthis' violations of human rights

The embassy of Republic of Yemen welcomed the two drafts bill proposed by the two US Congressmen Will Hurd Senator Tom Cotton.
The two bills condemn Iran-aligned Houthi militia's violations of human rights and civilian in Yemen and Houthis' relationship with Iran.
Yemen's Ambassador to the United Sates Ahmed Awadh bin Mubark said" Iran-backed Houthi militia had committed violations of International Humanitarian Law andcommitted war crimes, in a bid to promote their anti-Semitism ideology ".
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) bin Mubark added" To push for a peaceful and political solution in Yemen the US should keep on doing efforts, mounting political, diplomatic and economic pressures on the Houthis in order to bring them to the negotiating table".
