Governors of Lahj, Abyan, al-Dhalea governorates swear-in before President al-Alimi
The newly appointed governors of the governorates of Lahj Murad al-Halimi, of Abyan Dr. Mukhtar al-Rabbash and of al-Dhale Maj. General Ahmed al-Qubba took the constitutional oath today, Saturday, before His Excellency President Dr. Rashad a-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC).

650 illegal migrant were voluntarily deported from Aden airport through 6 flights to their own origin countries.
A member of the committee tasked with deporting illegal migrants told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) the migrants were deported voluntarily in conformity with the International Humanitarian Law.
This move comes within the government's efforts to tackle the problem of illegal migration in collaboration with the International Organization of Migration (IOM).
