The head of the delegation of the Turkish Red Crescent, Mustafa Aidan and other Crescent officials discussed the Crescent's plan for the implementation of relief and humanitarian programs in Yemen during this year in a number of fields.
They discussed the projects that will be implemented in the areas of emergency relief, cash assistance, horticulture, water and agriculture, supporting fishermen and a number of projects related to improving the livelihoods of people in the liberated Yemeni provinces. He stressed that the government welcomes all international donor agencies working to ameliorate the humanitarian situations in the country.
The Turkish Red Crescent team on their part expressed their readiness to continue to provide relief and humanitarian efforts and implement programs related to improving livelihoods in Yemen.
