Foreign Minister Calls ON UNHCHR To Move Quickly To Protect Civilians, Document Houthi Violations
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs Dr. Afrah al-Zouba called on the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHCHR) Volker Turk and the Human Rights Council to take urgent action regarding the humanitarian repercussions and violations resulting from the military escalation by the Houthi terrorist militias, amid the rapidly unfolding developments on the western coast and the Bab al-Mandeb areas.

Hadi hails deep Yemeni-Emirati ties

RIYADH-SABA
President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has hailed the depth of ties between Yemen and the United Arab Emirates saying they are based on the principles of brotherhood and shared destiny.

In a meeting with the Emirati ambassador to Yemen Salem al-Ghafeeli here on Tuesday, Hadi spoke highly of the Emirati sacrifices in helping Yemen battle the coup and rebellion of the Iran aligned Houthi militia.

"The sincere stances of and brotherly ties with (the UAE) will remain in the memory of the Yemeni people forever," said Hadi, asking the ambassador to convey his regards to the Emirati leaders.
