Yemen Minister, Turkish ambassador discuss Turkish grants

RIYADH-SABA
Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Najeeb al-Awj and the Turkish ambassador to Yemen Farouk Bozqoor discussed mechanisms of allocating a $100 million grant from Turkey to relief aid and development in Yemen.
It was agreed to grant 180 scholarships to Yemeni students in Turkish universities.
They discussed opening a Turkish language center in Yemen to prepare Yemeni students for pursuing education in Turkey early.
It was also agreed that Turkey will offer treatment for 100 Yemeni patients and wounded persons in Turkish hospitals.
