Vice President (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh laid down on Friday foundation stones of a number of developmental and services projects in Al-Hazem city, the central city of Al-Jawf province.
The projects to be established included an expansion of Al-Jawf Public Hospital, building premises of the hospital administration, constructing additional lecturing halls within the Colleges of Education, Applied Sciences and Humane Sciences which are associated with Saba Province University. The province's electricity project. also was launched.
The Vice President expressed his pleasure to visit the province of Al-Jawf and lay down foundation stones for development projects, as well as to meet with the local authority, community leaders and ordinary people.
The Vice President paid inspection visits to several government's institutions and military camps. He also inspected the citizens' concerns and the military personnel conditions.
