Saudi Air Defenses intercept two ballistic missiles fired by Houthi militia at the Kingdom

Command of Coalition for supporting legitimacy in Yemen announced that Saudi Air Defense intercepted Sunday evening two ballistic missiles fired by Iran-backed Houthi militia at the Kingdom's territories.
Spokesperson of the Coalition Forces colonel Turki Al-Maliki said" The Coalition's Air Forces spotted at : (20:39) in Sunday evening firing two ballistic missiles by Iran-allied Houthi militia from Sa'ada city toward the Kingdom's territories.
Al-Maliki added" The two rockets were deliberately fired at the city of (Riyadh) to target civil and residential areas. Saudi Royal Air Defenses managed to intercept and destroy the two missiles. As a result some shrapnel scarred over the residential quarters, but no causalities were reported".
The spokesperson blamed Iranian regime for continuing to supply the Houthi terrorist militia with advanced weapons in violation of the International Security Council's resolutions (2216), (2231).
