The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

The UAE's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and armed forces have unveiled evidences on Iran's supply of arms and other military equipment to Houthi rebels in Yemen.
The Emirati armed forces displayed to local and international reporters in Abu Dhabi a group of various arms including missiles, unmanned drones, fuel tanks of Scud missiles and landmines disguised in the form of cooking utensils, water bottles and rocks.
The displayed arms were seized by the Arab Coalition which is backing the Yemeni government against the Houthi rebel militia.
The arms prove Iran's breach of the UN Security Council's resolutions which the ban the export of arms to Yemen.
