Chairman of SRC explores Turkish support to Socotra's fishermen

Minister of Local Administration—Chairman of Supreme Committee (SRC)—Abdulraqeeb Fatah deeply appreciated Turkish relief and humanitarian support to the Yemeni people .

His statement came as he met Sunday with the Turkish ambassador to our country Levent Eller.

Fatah's conversations with the Mr Eller focused on the Turkish relief and humanitarian assistance.

The outcomes of his visit to Turkey, his talks with Turkish government and donor organizations were also touched upon.

The Minister explored Turkish support for the fishermen in Socotra whose boats were damaged by the natural disaster of the two cyclones of Sagar and Mekunu.

The Turkish ambassador reiterated his country's steady support for the legitimate government and Yemeni people in different fields.

Mr Eller noted that final touches of furnishing the Turkish Field Hospital in the city of Attorba of Taiz province have been done and it will start to offer services with the few forthcoming days.
