The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. The Saudi Cabinet said that Houthis' continuation of deliberately firing ballistic missiles from Yemeni territories toward the Kingdom's cities and villages proves the Iranian regime's involvement in supporting the terrorist militia to threaten the security of the Kingdom .

In a meeting chaired by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in Riyadh on Tuesday, the Cabinet said the Houthi attacks are an explicit defiance to United Nations resolutions 2216 and 2231.

The Cabinet praised the efficiency of Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces in intercepting and destroying all those missiles.
