Prime Minister Ahmad Obeid bin-Daghr has stressed on unifying military and security apparatus under ministries of defense and interior and activating intelligence work to stop terrorist and criminal attacks for tightening security in Aden and liberated provinces.
Presiding over a meeting for the military and security committee on Monday, he discussed with attending ministers and officials military and security issues and creating suitable solutions- in cooperation with the Arab Coalition- for these issues to realize security and stability in Aden and nearby provinces.
He informed the command of the committee, led by Minister of Interior Ahmad al-Maisari and Acting Governor of Aden Ahmad Salimain that the directives of President Hadi order having a joint operational room for exchanging information and intelligence activities, as well as integrating efforts for deterring terrorist cells and cracking down on their elements.
The meeting dealt also with a number of issues in Aden and liberated provinces and working on creation inclusive security plan for securing the provinces and their districts, as well as creating green zones for tightening security and realizing stability for ensuring relocating international organizations, diplomatic missions and investment companies.
The meeting approved removal of small shops and banning seizure of public and private possessions.
The meetingstressed on unifying the military and security decision under the government of President Hadi.
