The foreign ministers of the member states in the Arab Coalition began a meeting in the Saudi capital this afternoon for aiding Yemen.
At the start of the meeting, Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeirannounced that a comprehensive plan would be announced to support Yemen worth more than $ 1 billion.
He pointed out that the Houthi coup militia fired more than 91 Iranian-made ballistic missiles on Saudi territories and more than 250 ballistic missiles on Yemeni villages and cities.
Al-Jubeir said Houthisare responsible for the destruction and devastation caused by the indiscriminate bombardment of infrastructure and worsening the humanitarian situation in Yemen.
"We are working to establish a mechanism with the international community and international relief organizations to ensure that relief and humanitarian aid reaches needy people in various Yemeni provinces without exception," he said.
"We are working with the UN envoy to Yemen, Ismail Ould Sheikh Ahmed, to push the political process forward," he said, reiterating the insistence on a peaceful solution based on the three basic references for peace; the Gulf Initiative and its executive mechanisms, the outcomes of Yemen's National Dialogue and the UNSC resolutionsmainly resolution no. 2216 ".
