His Excellency (HE) President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (OLC) met today, Saturday, with the Advisory Board to discuss recent developments in the governorates of Hadhramaut and al Mahra and the Saudi-Emirati ongoing mediation to protect civilians and facilitate the withdrawal of armed elements affiliated with the South Transitional Council (STC) from the two governorates.

President Abd-RabbuMansour Hadiand Vice President Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Salehsent on Friday cables of congratulations to their Emirati counterparts and t the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of their country's National Day, December 2.
They expressed their appreciation and that of the Yemeni people for the UAE's contribution to support the government against the Houthi-Saleh rebellion as part of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition. They expressed wishes of welfare to the Emirati leadership and people on their National Day.
