Shaybani calls for technical assistance to Human Rights Ministry

Dep. Minister of Human Rights Dr. Sameer Shaybani has called for an international support in the form of technical assistance to his ministry to improve its dynamics in serving the cause of human rights defense.
Shaybani presented the demand during a meeting with Andrew Stroehlein, the European Media Director of Human Rights Watch in Brussels.
Shaybani explained to Stroehlein the status of human rights in Yemen in the aftermath of the militias' military takeover in 2014 and the war they have been mounting since then.
He said that "the militias left no single human right enshrined in the Universal Declaration for Human Rights un-violated." "Beginning from the right to life and more advanced rights as social and economic rights."
