The chairman of the Supreme Committee for Relief Aid Abduraqeeb Fata has denounced the WFP's direct interfacing with the Saleh-Houthi militias in Sana'a, in regards to distribution of food and relief aid.

Fatah sent a letter to the WFP Country Director Stephen L. Anderson telling him that his signature of correspondence with the so-called Minister of Education of an internationally renounced armed militias is a violation of all the international laws and covenants saying Anderson bears the responsibility for this act.

Fatah said the WFP should interface only with the international recognized government and make correspondence or arrangements with it only.

He said that the government is the only entity responsible for the Yemeni people in all the provinces of the country.
