Yemen's Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Mansour Bajjash, has expressed to Japan's State Minister of EconomyMr.

KosaburoNishime Yemen's appreciation of the Japanese help with relief aid to rebellion-afflicted Yemen.

The two officials met in the Kazakhstani capital, Astana, where they are both waiting to participate in the summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on science and technology scheduled for Sept. 10-11.

The Japanese official hailed the historical bilateral relationships affirming Japan's interest in developing these ties.
