Yemen's Minister of Human Rights Mohammed Askar discussed with the General Supervisor of King Salman Relief Center (KSRelief), Dr. Abdullah Arrabi'ah the prospects of cooperation in a meeting in Riyadh on Sunday.
The two officials addressed the joint action to alleviate the impact of the war on the humanitarian level, especially on women and children, being the most vulnerable set of people.
Askar conveyed President Abdu R. Mansour Hadi's appreciations of KSRelief's leading role in food and health relief assistance to Yemen especially in the fight against the epidemic of cholera.
They also discussed the organization of joint awareness raising campaigns against child soldier recruitment and threat of landmines, problems left by the embattled coup militia that the Yemeni government has been trying to resolve.
The meeting also addressed the issue of aid convoys that the coup militias seize and resell to fund their insurgency and hostility acts.
