Aden (Saba) - Turkey’s Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH) on Sunday distributed 250 food packages for poor families in the temporary capital, Aden.
Deputy Chief of Yemen's Supreme Relief Authority Jamal Belfaqeeh praised the Turkish humanitarian assistances provided by Turkey for Yemenis.
An IHH official Umut Bilgin thanked Yemen's authorities which helped the foundation access need and poor families in the target areas.
Anadolu news agency quoted Bilgin as saying that the foundation would deliver foods to 4,725 displaced Yemeni families till April 3.
He spelt out that the foundation distributed 1250 packages to the local authorities in Sana'a, Dhamar, Ibb, Dhale and Aden, pointing out other packages will distribute in Taiz, Sana'a, Hadhramout, Marib and al-Jawaf
