Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Reviews Kamaran Company’s Activities in Jordan and Affirms Enhanced Coordination to Ensure Continuity of Operations His Excellency Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Shaya Mohsin Al-Zindani, received a briefing from Mr. Abdulhafidh Al-Sammah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kamaran Industry and Investment Company (Jordan – Free Zones), regarding the company’s activities, operational performance, and future investment plans.
Dr. Al-Zindani listened to a presentation on the company’s performance and the key challenges facing its operations. He reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to monitoring the situation of national companies and providing the necessary support and facilitation to enable them to continue their activities and achieve their investment and development objectives.
He further directed the relevant government authorities, foremost among them the Central Bank of Yemen and the Embassy of the Republic of Yemen in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, to continue coordination and follow-up with the concerned parties in a manner that supports the company’s operations, enhances the stability of its activities, and provides an appropriate environment for the uninterrupted continuation of its business.
The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized that Kamaran Industry and Investment Company represents one of the country’s important national investments and enjoys the Government’s attention due to its economic role, contribution to employment generation, and preservation of Yemeni assets and investments. He stressed the importance of continuing to provide the necessary support to ensure the sustainability of the company’s operations and facilitate its future expansion.
For his part, Mr. Abdulhafidh Al-Samma, Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed his appreciation for the Prime Minister’s attention and direct follow-up regarding the company’s affairs. He affirmed the company’s commitment to implementing its strategic plans and further developing its operations in coordination with the relevant government authorities, in a manner that enhances its success and long-term sustainability.
