The Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Yemen's Governor at the World Bank (WB) Group Dr. Afrah al-Zouba led the discussions of the government delegation with the Vice President of the WB Group for the Middle East and North Africa region Othman Dione.
The meeting held today, Saturday, in Washington, included Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen (CBY) Ahmed Ghaleb, Finance Minister Marwan bin Ghanem and Minister of Water and Environment Eng.
Tawfiq al-Sharjabi and the team from the WB and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
Dr. all-Zouba reviewed the summary of the intensive discussions that the government delegation held during the week with various teams from the WB, IFC and the International Finance Corporation, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and partners.
