The 6th edition of the National Forum on Space Research and Innovation (NaFSKI-VI) officially opened today at Sofia Tech Park, bringing together leading scientists, researchers, and industry representatives from Bulgaria and abroad.
The event, according to the Bulgarian News Agency, will run through October 29 and is organized by the Cosmos branch of the Union of Physicists in Bulgaria in collaboration with the Institute of Astronomy at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
Held under the patronage of the Ministry of Innovation and Growth, the forum was inaugurated by Deputy Minister Georgi Angelov.
The gathering serves as a key platform for showcasing the latest developments in education, science, and business related to space exploration and technology.
The program features presentations by top Bulgarian tech companies highlighting their recent innovations in the space sector. Additionally, young researchers and doctoral students are presenting the outcomes of their work, contributing to the event's focus on fostering emerging talent.
