His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces urged all Yemeni people to align themselves behind the State Proposal, support the Armed Forces in the security services in the ongoing battle to restore the State institutions and eliminate the coup. Yemen's Ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Dr. Jalal Faqira discussed Monday with the Jordanian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Dr. Saleh Al-Kharabsheh ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, prospects for cooperation in the field of energy and mineral resources and development plans in this field.

Ambassador Faqira reviewed the latest developments in Yemen and the efforts made by the Presidential Leadership Council, led by President Dr. Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi to improve the economic and living conditions of citizens in light of the exceptional circumstances suffered by the Yemeni people.

Faqira touched on the Yemeni government's plans to enhance investment in the field of renewable energy and benefit from Jordanian expertise in this field.

For his part, the Jordanian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources stressed the depth of relations between the two brotherly countries.

He expressed the Ministry's readiness to support the Yemeni government's efforts to develop infrastructure in the energy and electricity sector in Yemen.
