The Charge d' Affaires of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Yemen Chao Ch'ing has confirmed his country's steadfast stance in support of the sovereignty, independence, unity and territorial integrity of Yemen as well as its support for the Presidential Leadership Council headed by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi.

He made his comment in a speech he delivered at a reception organized by the Chinese Embassy, on the occasion of the 76th Anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 69th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Yemen and China.

The Chinese diplomat celebrated the robust Chinese-Yemeni relations ever since established 69 years ago, affirming China's continuous support for development drive and peace in Yemen.
