The Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms and the Aid Association for Human Rights and Migration revealed that the Iranian regime-backed Houthi terrorist militias have committed 21,342 violations against children in Yemen, including 9,914 killed and 6,417 injured during the time from January 1, 2015, to July 1, 2025.
The two organizations reported in a paper titled (Children of Yemen between Killing and Recruitment) on the sidelines of the 60th Session of the Human Rights Council held in Geneva that the Houthi violations and crimes against children varied between killing, injury, abduction, displacement, deprivation of education and recruitment.
The report cited 598 cases of arrest and kidnapping of children by the Houthi militias in 17 Yemeni governorates.
The Houthi militiamen blamed for 51 cases of rape against children. There are more han 30,000 children were recruited militias, aged between 12 and 14 years.
