The Governor of Taiz, Nabil Shamsan, met with representatives from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and UNICEF to discuss ways to enhance cooperation and support for development projects in the governorate.
The meeting, which included discussions on water, sanitation, education, child protection, and health projects, highlighted the importance of collaboration in addressing the needs of the local community.
The Governor emphasized the priority given to these sectors and praised the efforts of the Swiss Agency and UNICEF in providing humanitarian and development support.
The representatives from the Swiss Agency and UNICEF discussed their ongoing projects and strategies, including the agency's focus on livelihoods and resilience in Yemen from 2025 to 2028.
