Vice Minister of Industry and Trade Salem Salman al-Wali discussed via video conference with representatives of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretariat the preparations for the International Conference on Food Security in Yemen, under the auspices of the GCC.
The meeting, attended by Dr. Atef Haidara, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry for Internal Trade, addressed urgent needs and proposed development projects related to food security, including the identification of participants and speakers for the conference scheduled to take place from October 27 to 28, 2025.
The meeting focused on the agenda of development projects that will serve as a real boost for economic and commercial development and contribute to the stability and recovery of the national economy.
