Prime Minister Salem Saleh Bin Breik has discussed with the British Minister of State for the Middle East and North Africa Hamish Falconer joint cooperation relations between the two friendly countries and prospects for enhancing them in various fields.
The two parties discussed also British support for the Yemeni government and people during these exceptional circumstances.
During a virtual call on Tuesday, the Prime Minister exchanged views with the British minister regarding the latest developments at the national, regional and international levels and the positions of both countries on these issues, in addition to the priorities of the Yemeni government to overcome current challenges and what Britain can offer in terms of support for these efforts.
The Prime Minister praised the Yemeni-British relations and the bilateral cooperation in various fields, which reflects the distinguished historical relations between the two countries and their peoples.
For his part, the British minister reaffirmed his country's full commitment to supporting the Yemeni government and its efforts to maintain economic stability and implement public reforms.
