Yemen's Ambassador to Vienna, Haytham Shoja'aadin, met with the Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), Dr. Robert Floyd.

They discussed ways to develop and expand cooperation between Yemen and the CTBTO, focusing on building the capacities of Yemeni personnel through training programs.

The ambassador praised the organization's support for opening a data center in Yemen's temporary capital, Aden, to enhance emergency response and seismic monitoring capabilities.

He highlighted the significance of this initiative in updating Yemen's technical infrastructure and adhering to international standards in geological and environmental security.
