Yemen has been elected to join the Executive Office of the General Assembly of the Union of Arab Constitutional Courts and Councils. The membership was secured during a meeting in Abu Dhabi, where Yemen's Supreme Court, led by Judge Dr. Ali Al-Aousan, participated alongside representatives from 16 Arab countries.
The gathering approved several decisions and recommendations aimed at enhancing judicial cooperation and preparing for the 12th Scientific Conference, scheduled to take place in Morocco. Judge Al-Aousan emphasized the importance of such forums in fostering judicial exchange and development.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Yemen's Supreme Court also explored opportunities for bilateral cooperation with other participating countries, focusing on enhancing communication and information sharing within the Arab judicial community.
