The United Nations in Yemen and the Humanitarian Development Program, one of the initiatives of the Hayel Saeed Anam and Partners Charitable Foundation, signed a partnership pact today to address the challenges facing internally displaced persons and support early recovery initiatives for the displaced and other vulnerable communities throughout Yemen.
The partnership aims to advocate, mobilize resources, exchange data and provide appropriate interventions for purposes in line with national and international frameworks, including the Humanitarian Response Plan and the United Nations Framework for Cooperation for Sustainable Development.
The partnership will focus on enhancing livelihoods, economic empowerment and social stability, with special attention to vulnerable groups, including women, youth and marginalized communities.
